So in order for you to become more aware of how it works, we have laid out the following steps. These are the steps we take in order to make sure you are comfortable with your protection.
- We will communicate with the fraud bureaus on your behalf
We ask them to set fraud alerts for you. That way we can always be updated on what is going on with your account. We want to maintain a good standing with the bureaus. That way we will always know your protection is a main priority of theirs.
- We request that you are removed from all junk mail lists and pre-approved credit card mailing lists.
This mail can be a main way thieves get their information. Plus aren't those lists just an annoying thing to be on? So of course you would want to be taken off of them. We just make it a bit easier for you to get your name taken off. That is one of the extra steps we take.
- We request credit reports for you
We will do this every year for you. For Free! We really want you to be aware of your credit report. We just want to go the extra mile to make sure you do that.
- We will use all of our resources to protect you
If your identity is stolen while you are our client, then we will pull out all the stops to make sure you get your identity back and in top shape! Even if you need legal help, we will make sure those fees are covered. Whatever it takes, we will do.
